We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst to join our finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the
company's financial planning and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and
providing actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills and a good understanding of financial principles.
The FP&A Analyst reports to the FP&A manager for the Joris Ide Group (10 group entities split over different countries like Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Portugal).

• Responsible for a part of the financial reporting across different legal entities in the Joris Ide Group
• Optimising the reporting process
• Optimising the tools that are used (SAP / BI / Excel)
• Providing financial reports including useful insights directly to senior management
• Assisting in integration of newly established /acquired businesses

Jouw profiel

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and 3 years experience
• Fluently English, Dutch and French
• Good knowledge of Excel and the eagerness to further develop your skills
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Good understanding of financial principles
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate towards all levels of the organisation
• Healthy sense of urgency & able to respect deadlines
• Teamplayer
• Proactive mindset, self-motivated
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Eagerness to learn
